Carefree website fabric pictures do not match what you receive when you order. There is no winds. The two screws holding the tube to the motor idler head have. Lastly it could be the gears in the motor housing.

Trash product trash company. Any inputs on why it closed on it own. I did email carefree and waiting to hear from them. Electric awning needs a recall.
